GRADUATE INTERNSHIPS

The Deloitte Development Program offers students in their first year of University, the opportunity to be introduced to the world of professional services.

The program involves a series of events throughout the year entailing self development, networking opportunities and professional skills training.

On the program, you will:

• discover what makes a great leader in the business world
  
• learn how to perform at your peak in the corporate environment
  
• learn vital presentation skills
  
• understand the dynamics of a professional services firm
  
• visualise the career paths available to you as a chartered accountant
  
• enjoy drinks with the Deloitte partners.

During these events students are shown the dynamics of the professional services industry enabling them to visualise the careers paths open to them upon the completion of their degree.

UNDERGRADUATE INTERNSHIPS

Deloitte offers a comprehensive winter and summer vacation employment program for dynamic and motivated university students in their penultimate year. This program is a valuable opportunity for university students to experience our firm and its culture first hand.

As a result of spending time working within the firm, you will be in a better position to make a well informed decision as to whether our industry, and in particular Deloitte, is a place you would like to embark your career as a graduate. It also provides the firm with invaluable insight and direct experience of your capabilities and potential.

Deloitte also offers a ‘Join Deloitte Program’ for students in their first year.

Through any of our vacation programs, you will:
